Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free for all Mainland UK orders. Payments are processed via Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a payment and a credit card or a debit card payment can be processed without one. Payment can also be made via cheque please contact Lucy Monkman.
The postage is free on all Mainland UK orders via the Royal Mail Second Class delivery service.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and usually within 48 hours of receiving payment. If for any reason this is not possible an email will be sent to the customer with a revised dispatch date.
Additional delivery charges will apply for Non Mainland UK addresses and for overseas addresses.
For overseas customers there may also be customs fees or import duties which will be the responsibility of the customer. For a particular delivery charge please contact us before ordering.
A refund or an exchange will be offered if for any reason the customer is not happy with an item.
The item must be returned in the condition in which it was sent and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We are sorry not to be able to refund the return postage cost or to be responsible for returned packages that we do not receive. Please ask the Post Office for a free Certificate of Posting.
Refunds and exchanges will be made as soon as possible and refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If any item is damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
